Our special face to face Personal Adjustment Service is specifically designed for large balances against operating debtors. This service is the only one for which a non-contingent starting fee is required. However, the overall contingent fee is greatly reduced on these large balance accounts. For all other regular collection services, you pay nothing until we collect.

Under this personal adjustment service, we promise that within seven days of contacting CMCS, a trained adjustor will travel to your debtor's place of business anywhere in North America, ready to reconcile accounts and settle payment face to face.

The non-contingent fee for this special handling is $495.00. A reduced contingent rate of 12 1/2% applies to amounts recovered on an agency basis. Standard legal rates apply if attorney service is needed.

For claims outside North America a special travel advance will be quoted dependent upon the debtor's location.
