Founded in 1984 as a commercial collection agency CMCS has evolved to a full service adjunct to the modern commercial credit department. CMCS now provides early intervention services and dispute resolution services as well as cash application and reconciliation services both on and off site.

CMCS also provides Customer service calling during moderate delinquency and document research services, all of which provide DSO improvement assistance, without the costly necessity of adding additional staff. Working with our client's systems people, we are able to set up direct electronic or download access to necessary data from most systems.

CMCS can provide on site services by by sending teams to your premises for crash or ongoing programs to improve collection of accounts receivable and free up valuable cash for operations. A consultation report to identify possible process improvements and avoid ongoing problems is included with this service.

For those accounts that cannot be resolved in the first 90 to 120 days CMCS provides a hard hitting professional third party commercial collection service which also includes attorney forwarding services and forwarding to qualified affiliates in virtually every jurisdiction in the modern world as well as much of the third world.

CMCS also serves as secretary to credit groups and can provide individual commercial credit reports, reference checking and credit investigations as well as UCC checks and filings and virtually any other credit department functions.
