This report will provide information on how a company is paying some of it's
suppliers and information on judgments, tax liens and bankruptcies. Some
information regarding the ownership and the nature of the business may also
be included.
Corporate verification or Assumed Names check $20.00
A quick and inexpensive way to check the ownership of a company which is
available in most states.
Reference checking (per reference) $15.00
We will call and interview references given to you by credit applicants and
report back to you.
Real Property Searches $25.00 - $250.00
Price depends upon the complexity of the holdings
A search for the real estate holdings of a company or individual which
usually includes information on values, mortgages and sale prices.
UCC-1 Search $20.00
Skip tracing $50.00
A world wide trace for the present whereabouts of hard to find individuals.
There is no charge if the subject is not found.
In Depth Asset Searches $75.00 per hr.
A complete search for all liquid, real and personal assets of and individual
or business which may, upon request, include an on site visit by an
investigator. You may set limits on the total authorized costs for this
service. A retainer will be requested at the start of this service the size
of which will depend upon the scope of the investigation and the location of
the subject. No expenditures will be made in excess of the retainer without
your express approval.
