At CMCS rates are calculated upon age, size and volume of accounts as well as the service requested. In the case of first person early intervention, for example, rates can be established at very low contingency percentages or on a per activity flat rate basis. In some cases hourly charges or per diem charges are established.

On seriously delinquent accounts we offer Free Demand services at no charge to our clients during the demand period, pre-collect and letter services at nominal per account charges from $2.50 to $10.00 per account depending upon volume. General third party collection rates are based upon size, volume and aging. Single placement of commercial accounts are subject to the rates quoted on the claim placement form.
