THIRD PARTY COLLECTION: From it's inception, under it's Central Mercantile Collection Services division, CMCS has offered a premium commercial collection service. Richard Brownlee and Paul Wenum are the team leaders in this area. In this division we offer FREE DEMAND service at no cost to our clients. PRE COLLECT and LETTER SERVICES at nominal per account charges and of course direct collection services for which CMCS has become known for it's ethical no nonsense approach to the collection of seriously delinquent commercial accounts while maintaining the integrity of our client's corporate image. CMCS also offers complete ATTORNEY FORWARDING SERVICES.CMCS has more than 2,500 corporate collection clients from small privately held companies to Fortune 100 companies. References and testimonials are available upon request.CMCS also offers a FACE TO FACE COLLECTION SERVICE. This service, primarily for large balance commercial accounts against operating debtors, requires a modest non contingent fee to partially defray travel expenses, but has a greatly reduced contingency fee. In this service CMCS will immediately dispatch an experienced adjuster to the debtor's premises to confront the debtor face to face and hammer out a solution to the case.
